Beets: Vitamin C, Iron and Magnesium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.
Flax Seed: buy bulk, grind and sprinkle on just about everything

Garlic and Sweet Onions: can be added to almost every B,L & D.
Kale, Arugula, Watercress and all the dark green leafy veggies
Beans: A gazillion types to a gazillion ways to enjoy
Carrots and Radishes: Like the green leafy stuff, can be added to everything
Tomatoes: Vine ripened are my favorite
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts and Red Cabbage: Steam it or shred it raw for salads and have a handful with lunch and or dinner. TRY adding some fresh Pineapple.
and of course: Spinach ala Suzie (grab a bunch and put on or under nearly everything)
